Shipping & Delivery

You may receive orders in multiple packages as some products are shipped directly from our partner brands. You will be notified if an order will be split into multiple shipments at checkout and separate tracking numbers will be supplied as your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Promotion

  • Free standard ground shipping on all orders
  • Free shipping offers can end at any time
  • Offer only applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States
  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day*

Expedited Shipping

  • Some products may qualify for expedited shipping for an additional fee
  • If expedited shipping is available, you will be presented with a paid option during checkout

Handling Time

  • At ehemp we do our best to ship most of your products within one business day* after order placement, these items are marked with the message "Within 24 hours."

For example:

If an order is placed Monday it will, in most cases, leave the warehouse Tuesday by end of day assuming Tuesday is not a holiday.. If placed before 12pm Mountain Time Tuesday-Friday, or before 9am Mountain Time on Monday it may leave the warehouse on the same day it is placed.

  • Keep in mind that we since some orders come from different location not all packages are processed at the same speed. We require our partners to ship products at the highest standards but since they are located throughout the country cutoff times are not always standard. Product pages for items that may have longer handling are marked with the following message "Ships Within 2 Business Days."

Tracking My Order

  • Immediately after placing an order you will receive an email summarizing the contents of your order including billing/shipping address, and a summary of each product ordered
  • As soon an item ships you will receive an email providing tracking details and a link to a summary of your order
  • You can always visit My Account to see a complete list of your orders and tracking details

Carriers

  • Standard ground shipping is provided through USPS
  • Expedited shipping when available is provided through the carrier with the most economical means to get your package by the requested time. Carriers used for Expedited shipping are USPS, UPS, and Fedex
  • Special carrier arrangements may be available with a fee and an advanced notice of requirement before purchase. Please contact us via email at [email protected] at least one business day in advance to if you need a specific carrier to deliver your products
