Shipping & Delivery
You may receive orders in multiple packages as some products are shipped directly from our partner brands. You will be notified if an order will be split into multiple shipments at checkout and separate tracking numbers will be supplied as your order has been shipped. Multiple shipments will have no effect on delivery time as all partners of ehemp are held to the highest standards to ensure speedy delivery.

- Offer only applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous united states
- Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day*
- Some products may qualify for expedited shipping for an additional fee
- If expedited shipping is available, you will be presented with an option during checkout
- At ehemp we do our best to ship all products within one business day* after order placement.
If an order is placed Monday before 5pm Mountain Time it will, in most cases, leave the warehouse Tuesday by end of day assuming Tuesday is not a holiday.. If placed after 5pm it may ship by end of the day Wednesday unless, again assuming Wednesday is not a holiday.
Tracking My Order
- Immediately after placing an order you will receive an email summarizing the contents of your order including billing/shipping address, and a summary of each product ordered.
- As soon an item ships you will receive an email providing tracking details and a link to a summary of your order.
- You can always visit My Account to see a complete list of your orders and tracking details.
